All products remain the property of The Palm Place Nursery until payment is made in full, products are dispatched in 100% condition at the time of sale.

We don't provide insurance on dispatched products.

All goods delivered to kerb alignment. If goods are to be delivered inside fence line to customers property it will be entirely at the owners risk, (Including damage to property).

We are not held responsible for postage/shipping costs on our website.

Customer's are welcome to arrange own postage/shipping if required.

Deliveries are processed from Mondays to Fridays only.

Delivery times are between 9am-5pm, so no exact times are given.

We are not held responsible for delays caused by outside contractor couirer services.

For all palletised deliveries, customers must be home on the day of delivery to accept the goods unless stated otherwise.

No deliveries to P.O Boxes.
