All products remain the property of The Palm Place Nursery until payment is made in full, products are dispatched in 100% condition at the time of sale.

Deliveries to front entrance of customers premises only.

Deliveries are processed from Mondays to Fridays only.

Delivery times are between 9am-5pm, so no exact times are given.

We are not held responsible for delays caused by outside contractor couirer services.

Palletised deliveries, customers must be home on day of delivery.
