Begonia medora is a cane begonia which can be pruned to shape- for a bushier look, prune tips regularly. For bare stems and foliage at the top, prune any leaves from halfway down the stem. Easy to propagate from cuttings in water- leaf cutting will root but will not grow into a plant- cutting must be from the stem/cane.
Water when foliage goes pale- pale leaves generally indicate a lack of water.
Cannot tolerate full sun- grows quickly in indirect bright light or moderately in shade.
