While our store remains open, we’re practising social distancing. Here’s how:

We’ve marked where you should stand in busy areas such as registers, with floor stickers and posters.

We’ve changed the layouts in some of our busiest areas to reduce congestion.

In our busier periods, we’re limiting the number of customers who can enter at one time, by asking you to wait outside until permitted, based on Government threshold guidelines.

Our store teams are busy helping customers get the essentials they need, so you may have trouble reaching the store by phone. Please check product availability on our website or shop online if that works for you. You can monitor most dispatched online orders via our Track & Trace service information on tracking will be sent to you via email upon dispatch.

Due to the huge increase in orders requiring delivery, average turnaround time is currently 7-14 Business days for Melbourne Metro Deliveries and up to 14-20 days for interstate deliveries. If you require clarification on estimated delivery times please contact us in store, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery times and appreciate your understanding.
